Anita has spent her professional career in Event Marketing for major corporations and is currently the Director of Experience Marketing for a leading IT firm.  Anita began her marketing career at the University of Florida where she studied marketing and advertising. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and has led Event Management teams for large corporations including BlackRock, Cox, and Dell Secureworks.

Before relocating to Atlanta from Princeton, New Jersey in 2016, Anita served on the board at Womanspace, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving women, men and families impacted by domestic and sexual violence. Anita recently served as a founding member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council for a global tech leader and serves on a Principal’s Advisory Committee for Dekalb County Schools. 
In her spare time Anita enjoys spending time with her family and traveling the world.
