About the Holiday Extravaganza
The Atlanta Angels Holiday Extravaganza is our holiday initiative supporting the foster care community, including fulfilling wishlists for children and youth in foster care, holiday-themed love boxes for foster families, shopping days for foster families, and culminating in back-to-back holiday events at the movies.
Since launching in 2020, supporters like you have enabled Atlanta Angels to walk along side hundreds of children and foster parents in our Love Box and Dare to Dream programs, with a 98% foster parent retention rate and 89% graduation rate among our Dare to Dream youth. Together, we can change the statistics.
While the holidays are generally a time filled with joy and excitement, they can be extra challenging for a child in foster care who may be in a new home or celebrating away from family for the first time. We seek to help create positive memories and ensure that these children and youth (and their caregivers) feel extra supported during this time!
