Youth #2: Male, 17yo This youth loves to play sports and hang out with his friends. He would love to be matched with someone “cool and relatable” who can help be a positive influence in his life. His goal is to one day be in the NFL! Youth #49: Female, 13yo This youth is “something like Ms. Popular” in her school! She is super outgoing, friendly, and active. She really enjoys playing volleyball at gym class and wants to try out for her school team. She loves listening to rap and watching reality TV shows, but her most favorite thing is shopping at Forever 21 or H&M! She wants a mentor who can listen and hold a conversation about anything; someone who is funny and also loves to shop! Youth #50: Female, 12yo This youth loves animals– bunnies are her favorite, but her face lights up with joy over her neighbor’s friendly dogs! She loves coloring and painting, reading, playing on the trampoline, and getting her nails done really long and fabulous. She wants a mentor who is funny, talkative, and adventurous to go do fun things. Youth #59: Female, 13yo This youth has been living with her grandmother for a few months now, and would love to find a mentor that is creative, goofy, and loves food as much as she does! She and her grandmother are very active in their local community, and this youth is involved in several extracurricular activities. But, she wants to build her own friendship and relationship with a trusted adult to hang out with outside of the house, doing art together, and having a good time! |
