She achieved the designation of a Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW) in Delaware and specializes in supporting children and adolescents. Sarina holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma Informed Therapy. Utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions, Sarina draws on valuable skills from the CBT and Trauma Informed Therapy palette to help rally emotional regulation, mindfulness practices, and incite greater awareness of the mind/body connection.
