our first community-wide event at the braves game!
One of our core values is community, and we recognized that we have different opportunities for different segments of our community - so for National Foster Care Month, we wanted an event to bring everyone who considers themselves part of the Atlanta Angels community together!
On Sunday May 25th, we had the incredible joy of hosting our first annual Spring Swing event at the Atlanta Braves—and what a night it was!
Over 400 members of our foster care community came together for an unforgettable evening at the ballpark. For many, it was their first time attending a baseball game, and the excitement was contagious.
From participating in the on-field pregame parade to seeing their faces light up on the jumbotron, our families experienced the magic of being celebrated and seen. The air was filled with laughter, cheers, and home run celebrations, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible generosity of our donors, sponsors, community partners and our Angel Ally volunteers. Your support helped make this dream a reality, and we are beyond grateful.
