With his extensive tenure in various senior HR roles, including his current position as Senior Director of People Experience, Culture, and DEIB at Binance.US, Avery has demonstrated his ability to foster inclusive cultures and drive strategic initiatives. He has successfully led global HR strategies, implemented innovative programs, and championed diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, resulting in notable increases in employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.

Avery's dedication to community service and social responsibility is evident throughout his career. As a part of his regular responsibilities, he has led volunteer and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts, aligning business objectives with impactful initiatives.

Avery lives in the metro Atlanta area with his wife and two daughters and finds joy in simple pleasures like spending time together, working in their garden, or building things together in their workshop.
