Jared Dent is the Vice President of Marketing and Data Strategy for Warner Brothers Discovery Sports (formerly Turner Sports). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing product marketing strategy and execution across Bleacher Report & WBD Sports which includes fan engagement, live video, shop, communities and gaming experiences.
Additionally, Jared is responsible for executing direct to consumer messaging and organizing consumer data to help make WBD Sports marketing smarter and more effective.
Jared has more than 16 years in the sports media industry, specifically at WBD Sports spanning across the marketing and research groups for various brands including NASCAR, PGA of America, PGA TOUR, NHL, NBA Digital, NCAA/March Madness and Bleacher Report.
Highlights throughout his career include leading the creation of the Turner Data Cloud that developed Warner Bros. Discovery (formerly Turner Broadcasting) into an industry leading data-driven media company. Additionally, Jared has received industry recognition for his work including a LimeLight award, DPAC award, IAC award and CableFAX award.
Jared graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Management. He resides in Candler Park with his wife, Elizabeth Dent, and daughter.
