It's important to us that we appropriately vet, set expectations, and train each of our volunteers well!
That means that onboarding is a process, and we want to be super clear for you on what to expect!

#2 - Schedule your initial call with Grace, our Volunteer Coordinator, to learn more and ensure a mutually good fit HERE

#3 - Schedule your full intake with Grace HERE. In the meantime, review and complete the
​Volunteer Agreement Form, then sign and send back to Grace ([email protected]), along with three (3) references

#4 - Complete Waiver and Confidentiality Form and background check
(note - you'll receive an email from Sterling Volunteers, and the link expires after 72 hours)

#5 - Upon approval, you'll be on the list to find you the best match!
Expect to hear from Grace with one to two options of families to match you with! 
If they don't seem like the best fit for you, let us know!

Once matched...

You'll be assigned a Case Manager, who will reach out to schedule your Love Box Training. After you complete your training, your Case Manager will begin three-way communication between them, you, and your family, and will schedule your first meetup (Strengths Assessment)!
