Anna Tolentino-Zide, Ph.D. is a people and workforce transformation leader with a passion for developing leaders, strengthening culture, and creating environments where individuals and organizations can thrive. She currently serves as Vice President, Talent & Workforce Transformation at AHEAD, where she leads enterprise-wide efforts focused on leadership development, workforce evolution, and embedding AI into the employee experience.

Anna is honored to serve as a Board Officer for Atlanta Angels and is deeply committed to supporting children, youth, and families experiencing foster care through long-term, relationship-based programs. She brings both strategic leadership and a genuine heart for service to help Atlanta Angels expand its impact and deepen outcomes for the families it serves across the Atlanta community.
