Melissa Jackmin is a seasoned compensation and total rewards executive with 15+ years of experience leading global rewards strategy, executive compensation, and enterprise-wide people programs. She currently serves as Head of Compensation & Corporate HR at Mohawk Industries, where she oversees executive compensation, equity programs, and broad-based compensation for a 50,000+ employee workforce worldwide. Melissa is also a recognized thought leader in the global rewards space and regularly speaks internationally on topics related to compensation strategy, equity programs, and effective reward governance.

Melissa is honored to serve as President of the Board of Directors for Atlanta Angels and is passionate about supporting youth and families experiencing foster care through long-term, relationship-based programs and committed volunteers. She brings a blend of strategic leadership, operational discipline, and heart for service to help Atlanta Angels expand its impact across Atlanta.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Georgia State University and a BBA from the University at Buffalo.
