Villardia is a Florida native who holds a master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Child Protection from a legal perspective. She began working with foster care youth after completing her undergraduate studies and has been dedicated to supporting children and families ever since.
She is passionate about ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and truly seen, and believes all children deserve unconditional love whether they are in care or not. Her work is guided by both a strong understanding of child welfare systems and a genuine commitment to making a difference.

Outside of work, Villardia enjoys solving puzzles, listening to music, and binge watching a wide range of shows on streaming services.
